For Sale: Sampler Prints
I have always loved old samplers and needlework. When my children were young I designed antique needlework samplers and had my own online store. My designs were carried by national needlework retailers and some Christian companies like Vision Forum. In order to raise five children and homeschool well, I closed my small needlework design business, but my love for old samplers lives on.
For the Christmas season, I am making my 8″X10″ “Merry Christmas, Happy New Year” sampler available as a download for $4.99. Once you download the file you are free to make five prints to give as gifts or for personal use. (Downloaded version will not have watermarks.)
Your download scan will show all the stitching detail of the original handstitched needlework. The perforated paper is brown bag color and the floss stitching is worked in variegated red and green, giving it an authentic vintage look.
If you have several gifts to give this Christmas, this is a frugal choice. You could pick up simple black wooden frames and print and frame this for a special Christmas greeting. This print is unique and only available here. This is a professional quality print of my original handstitched needlework. It would make a unique Christmas gift for any antique lover that you know.
The print fits an 8″X10″ frame and would look great in an inexpensive black distressed frame. This is the only place to get this print, as it is my original design. Think ahead for Christmas! 😉
Download rights are $4.99. You can make up to five 8X10 prints for personal use. You also have permission to use this image for scrapbooking or cardmaking for personal use. Please do not sell this image for profit.
Before you order, make sure you have access to an inkjet photo printer. I would personally print this on brochure paper or photo paper for the best quality possible.
I’m starting to think ahead for Christmas this year for sure! Do you have any ideas or would you do a blog post on creative homemade Christmas gifts?? I’m semi-crafty but would like this year to try to make more gifts than just buying them. Any thoughts? 🙂
Kim, FUNNY you should ask. My sister Beth and I are writing an ebook that is due out in a week and a half full of frugal ideas. Stay tuned. 🙂
Really?!? I’m SO excited for that!
You are such a talented woman, Sarah! Very nice!
Thank you!!
