DIY Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
I tried a delish pumpkin spice ice cream this weekend and found myself dreaming about another one.
So, being the DIY New Englander that I am, I decided to try to make it myself.
It is SO good. Did I say that already? Ask my family. I have made it twice since, well, yesterday. (True Confession)
Don’t be overly impressed because it is only two ingredients, and, ya know, that is not really very impressive. But it is delicious and you’ll love it.

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
2 Cups Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
2 T. Canned Pumpkin “Pie Filling” (the one with spices)
Pulse in your Food Processor for a few seconds until blended. (blended, not melted :))
Scoop into a dish. Refreeze for about 10 minutes and enjoy.
Makes one serving.
Seriously, you could serve this with a big old gingersnap on the side for an awesome casual dessert.
Yum!!!
2 cups is ONE serving? Oh, you’re killing me here! lol
it is for me! 🙂 EASILY! 🙂 lol
Yum! What a great idea! I am dying for pumpkin stuff but it is still too hot in California. Problem solved. 🙂
Sarah, I like that it is only 2 ingredients! Easy and delicious! 😀 My son was experimenting with pancakes and came up with a delicious pumpkin pancake! I will see if he will let me post it! 😀
