Home Sweet Home
We are home. {What a wonderful word.}
We spent the week at a beautiful bed and breakfast in Rye, NH with my entire family (22 of us under one roof). We took in all the shops and beautiful old port towns, spent long days on the beach and enjoyed visiting and catching up with and building relationships with far away nieces and nephews.
I don’t know about you, but after a time away, I want to come home and decorate. I bought a few breakfast cloths to decorate my kitchen table, lit a candle, played some music (Pride and Prejudice Soundtrack, of course) and Peter arranged a beautiful fruit bowl for my kitchen table.
While we were away our hydrangea tree burst open with amazing white to slightly greenish flowers. I arranged a vase to bring indoors.
I took some pictures to share in Portsmouth, NH. I adore these old homes. Enjoy!

Welcome home, Sarah. You were all misssed. The photos are gorgeous.
Beautiful pictures! I agree with you…….As Dorothy says in the Wizard of Oz…There’s no place like home.
